This report details every action to come out of the specified audit per question. You will be able to filter by organisation and percentage complete.

In one view you can see the question the action came from, the organisation and the Boards rating for that question, the action itself, the organisation's name, the lead contact for that organisation and the timescale in which they have to complete the action.
You can also sort by any of the headings that are underlined.
