Guide Questions are an exciting optional feature that can elevate your website experience. If you're interested in learning more, don't hesitate to contact your account manager for all the details!
Guide Questions allows you to build an interactive question-and-answer feature on your website. The user answers your preformatted questions and is directed to the answers you wish to provide them. The answers might be another question, a preformatted question, or even result in redirecting them to a website.
WARNING: Before you can add a Guide Question to your website you need to add the questions. Refer to out article Working with Guide Questions.
Open the webpage you want to add your Guide Question too.
In the Layouts section click on the Add Row button.
From the list choose Guide.
In the Guide layout tool, you will be able to select the first question you would like displayed on your webpage. Click on Form B – Do you want a Cup of Tea.
Once you have selected the question, click on either the Update button for an existing page, or Publish for a new page.
You can then click on the View Page like to see the Guide Question on the page.
You can see the question and you can then interact with it. Click on Yes.
It will then take me to the next question. Click on No.
And the pre-formatted response is displayed. If you want to view the flow again, click on the Restart button.
