If you are using Rating, then you will complete this section to give guidance to your respondents. Ratings Explanations will appear in the body of each question that requires the respondent to submit a rating. For ratings explanations, you have two options:
- Generic Ratings Explanations - these are added to provide generic guidance to your organisations on what each level of your chosen rating option is, and the criteria required to meet them
- Specific Ratings Explanations - these are added on a question-by-question basis, and provide specific explanation of each rating level of a question, and the criteria required to meet each level.
Both options can be used, but specific rating explanations will always supersede generic ones
