How to complete board responses
If you have set your audit questions with Board Responses, you will want to assess and add your rating based on the answers provided.
To do this:- Go to Reports
- Select the Audit and click on the Expand arrow
- Click on the Assess Icon
- A list of questions that require assessment will appear
- Click on the + to expand the question.
- Under Board rating select your rating
- Click Update once you have rated all questions and responses
