This report gives you a breakdown of all the attendees for all the events.
The table will show you the delegates name, organisation type, organisation, whether they attended an event and then the corresponding events title, location and date.
The second to last column will show the invoice number for that event; if the invoice number has not been filled out, it means that the delegate still needs to be invoiced. When you download this as a CSV file, the line managers email address and postal address will be downloaded.
The first letter of each delegate name will be automatically capitalised regardless
of how it has been originally entered when the delegate was set up.
As with the other reports, at the top of the page are filtering options. You can use
these to filter the results by event, occurrence, date, booking date, registration date organisation type and whether they are marked as attended or not. The occurrence filter option box will only appear once you have selected an event.
If you want to search to see what courses a specific delegate has gone on you will
have to log in as them using the Login As function on the Delegates page.
