This report gives you a breakdown of all the attendees for all the events.
To use the Booking Attendance Report, select the required filters from the many options available and click on the Show Results button.
The table will show you the delegates Name, Role, Organisation, whether they Attended an event, if they cancelled you can see the Cancellation Details. You will then see the corresponding Event title, Location, Date, and other event specific details.
As with all reports you have options to Print this page, Download PDF and Download CSV. When you download the report as a CSV file, other delegate information including line managers details will be downloaded.
The first letter of each delegate name will be automatically capitalised regardless
of how it has been originally entered when the delegate was set up.
If you are searching to see what courses a specific delegate has attended, you will
need to login as them using the Login As function on the Delegates page.
