This report consolidates all answers to questions across all organisations which have a rating answer option.
This report style charts out all the responses to all questions by all parties. There are three options available in this view; Combined Response, Organisation Response and Board Response. You can select each of these using the links from the top of the page, as shown.
Combined Response
This is the first report style that will automatically load when you click into Consolidated Reports. Along the top, you will see the name of each organisation that has been assigned to that particular audit and the question numbers down the left-hand side. You will then see two figures in each box – the top figure shows what the organisation has rated itself (self-assessment) and the bottom shows the Boards
rating.
There is a colour code system in place here:
- Red: Boards score is lower than organisations
- Amber: Boards score is higher than the organisations
- Green: Board and organisations scores are the same.
As with the other reports, after an assessment is completed the report will be automatically updated so you may see a lot of red when you initially look until all assessments have been completed; # indicates that a score has not been entered but it counts as a 0 mark, hence why the square will be red if the organisation have completed an audit but the Board has not.
Organisation Response
This report style is very similar to the Combined Response however it only shows one figure per box the organisation's self-assessment rating.
Board Response
This report style is very similar to the Organisation Response; however, it shows the Boards rating.
