If this feature is part of your system, you will be able to sign in your delegates using a QR Code system on your phone.
Delegates must bring their unique QR code to the event, either on their phone or printed out.
Once this code is scanned then it will mark them as attended on the events system.
In order to use the QR code scanner, you are required to sign in to the mobile site.
This will require you to use your normal website URL and it should end with check-in. e.g. www.google.co.uk/checkin.
- Once you sign in with your account you will be brought to the following screen.
- This will list the events that have the QR Code Check-In applied.
- Select the event.
- Gives you access to the following screen.
- Choose Scan Code.
- Your mobile will automatically load your camera.
- You need to take a picture of the QR code.
- This will sync with our system and instantly register a delegate.
- You can register delegates manually if someone has not brought their code.
