How to add a respondents

A respondent must be set up for all organisations otherwise they will not be assigned to anyone. To set up a respondent select respondents on the left-hand menu.

  • Choose the Name of the organisation.
  • Select the click + icon.

This will take you to a screen where you can see all the users.

  • Click on the Add respondent button.
  • This will open a new form where you will complete:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Phone
    • Email
    • Password
  • Choose whether they are a leader or not
    • By selecting Yes, they will be the individual running the audit and can
      allocate other members to their team, they will also receive the initial set-up link. NB: only Audit Leads are able to submit a completed audit, meaning at least one respondent must be flagged as a lead.
    • By selecting No, they are just team members that can be assigned the audit.
  • Select Add Respondent, they will then be added to the list.
