Organisation groups and types are designed to categorise your organisations in a more collective manner, and allow you full control over who you send your audit to.
Organisation Groups
These are the titles for how you are choosing to group your audit participants.
The top-level groups can be setup in whichever manner suits the audits you send out, and how granular you'd like the reporting options to be.
The below shows an example setup of Org Groups across two localities:
Locality is just one example of how you could organise your groups. You could also use this functionality to group by industry, i.e. - Health, Law Enforcement & Justice etc., or education settings, e.g. - Primary, Secondary, Private.
NB: There is no mandatory requirement to use more than one Org Group if not required
Organisation Types
Within each of your Org Groups, you can add your Organisation Types. These are how you would like to group the organisations who are completing the audit Again, these are driven by how you'd like to report, and how you want to assign your audits:
Once these have been finalised, you can then begin to add your organisations
