Automated content blocks are made from child pages connected to a parent page. Without a image they are a blank grey with the page title. Using images is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to enhance your WordPress pages and posts and here is how to do so.
When creating an Automated Content Block you do not have the options to add images in the parent page as this is automatically pulled in from the child pages.
- Select edit on the child page that required an image on your automated block.
- On the right-hand side, you will find Featured Image.
A featured image should be 450 x 350 pixels.
3. Upload your image and publish the changes.
