1. Is usually red, e.g.
There is no named or deputy named person responsible for safeguarding at either
senior leadership level or who reports to the senior leadership.
Please add actions that will be taken to meet the green standard.
2. Is usually amber, e.g.
Please rate Partly met if your school has some arrangements in place but is not fully
meeting the criteria for the green standard.
Please add actions that will be taken to meet the green standard.
3. Is usually green, e.g.
To rate each standard as fully met, you should at minimum meet all the bullet points
listed:
- There is a named person and deputy named person responsible for safeguarding at either senior leadership level or who reports to senior leadership.
- Their responsibilities are explicit in their job description.
- The named person is easily contactable and there are clear cover arrangements in place with the deputy named person if the named person is unavailable
