How to rebook a cancelled Delegate
From time to time, delegates cancel their booking on a course in error. In this article, we look at the process to rebook them onto the Occurrence.
Once a delegate is booked on an event if they cancel and subsequently want to rebook, this will need an Administrator to manually amend the booking.
From the Occurrence View, click on the Bookings icon next to the occurrence the delegate is booked on.
Locate the Delegate, and uncheck the Cancelled checkbox.
There is no need to amend the Cancelled Comments box as this will be removed.
Then click on the Update Bookings button at the bottom of the page.
The Delegate will then show on the Booking as a normal booking.
