How to set Custom Chronology Field Labels

In this article we will show you how to create custom labels for your Chronology fields.

You are able to edit the field labels for Chronologies in two places.

  • Firstly, you are able to set new ones site-wide in the Site Settings.
  • Secondly, you are able to edit the site-wide labels in the individual Advanced Audits.

To amend the global settings, click on the Site Settings option from the left-hand navigation.

 

Scroll down the settings page, until you can see the Chonology Labels. Click into the Who field you will be able to add a new custom label.

 

Repeat this process for the other field and add the labels you want to show to the Respondent.

 

When you have made all the changes you need click on the Submit button.

 

Once these labels have been set at the site level, you are then able to change them from Audit to Audit.

To amend the Audit specific labels, edit the Audit and scroll down to the Chronology Headings and select and click on the + icon.

 

Click into which ever heading you wish to amend, and then click on the Save Chronology Headings button.

 

Repeat this for each label you want to amend.

 

When you have made all the required changes, click on the Save Chronology Headings button.
