If you have a requirement to update your Cookie Policy on the LMS you now have the ability to do this in Site Settings.
From your LMS click on the Cookie Policy button in the footer.
This will display the default Cookie Policy for the LMS.
To add your own custom Cookie Policy, click on Site Settings in the left-hand navigation.
5. Click in the Cookie Policy field. Add the text you want for your Cookie Policy.
NOTE: The Placed Cookies shown on this page are automatic. The details displayed are determined by the configuration of your system, including:
- If you have Analytics turned on (Google or Matomo)
- If Only use functional cookies. This option will turn off all analytics is selected or not in the Site Settings.
Click on the Edit Site Settings button to save your Cookie Policy.
If you now refresh the Cookie Policy page, you will see that your custom Cookie Policy is displayed, including the Placed cookies section.
If you wish to revert to the standard Cookie Policy, navigate back to the Site Settings and remove the text shown in the Cookie Policy Field, and click on the Edit Site Settings button again.
The standard Cookie Policy will be shown when you refresh the Cookie Policy page.
