What is Matomo?
Matomo is a powerful web analytics tool that enables you to track valuable insights about your website. Similar to Google Analytics, Matomo provides a comprehensive range of data and metrics to help you understand your website's performance.
In contrast to Google Analytics, Matomo stores data on our servers located in the UK. Google Analytics stores certain data on servers outside of the UK and EU, which may raise concerns regarding GDPR compliance.
How to use Matomo
Matomo should already be installed and running on your website, unless you asked us to not install it.
To access the Matamo dashboard
Login to your website.
Hover over "Matomo Analytics" in the sidebar menu and click "Reporting"
You will then be taken to the Matomo dashboard
