The Actions log has been created to provide a list of all actions that have been taken by an Administrator. Whether a page was just viewed or edited, an action will be tracked.
Once you have login, click on the Action Log button.
A list of all Administrator actions is displayed.
User ID: This is the email address of the Administrator.
Actions: This is the action the Administrator took in the system.
Details: Where an action made a change, details will be included in this column.
Organisation: This will list the a linked code to the organisation which was viewed or edit. Clicking on this will open the Organisation.
Audit: This will list the a linked code to the Audit which was viewed or edit. Clicking on this will open the Audit.
Respondent: This will list the a linked code to the Respondent which was viewed or edit. Clicking on this will open the Respondent.
Admin User: This will list the a linked code to the Admin User which was viewed or edit. Clicking on this will open the Admin User.
Timestamp (UTC): This will be the date and time the action was taken. This is listed in Universal Timezone (UTC) which is the same as GMT and used by Servers.
There will be multiple pages displayed. You can move between pages by clicking on a page number, or clicking the Last>> button.
Where an Organisation, Audit, Respondent or Admin User is logged, you can click on the code to view the relevant item in the system. Clicking on 142 will open the Audit page.
The Audit page for 142 is then opened, and you can confirm which Audit it was.
You can use the filters to show all actions completed by a single User. Click on the dropdown and select the email address for the administrator you want to view.
Once a User has been selected, click on the Search button.
The list is filtered to just show that user. To filter the list by Date, add an Actions From: Date and Actions To: date.
The list will then be filtered.
