If you have Accessibility as a Service (AaaS) for your Phew Website, you will receive a monthly report. This article will help you access this report and provide you details of how to view issues.
Click on the link in your Monthly report notification and login to the platform.
Type in your Email address and click on the Continue button.
Enter your Password and click on the Continue button.
NOTE: If you need to reset your password, click on the Forgot password? link and add you email address.
When you are logged in, your Dashboard will be displayed.
At the top of the page you will see your score for Level A, Level AA and Level AAA and your Total Score. Also a graph showing the changes to your score over time.
REMEMBER: For AaaS we are looking at WCAG 2.2 to Level AA, and NOT Level AAA.
Below the graph, the Dashboard lists out accessibility Issues that need to be addressed. These are broken down into levels A and AA.
The table details the name of the issue, number of occurrences, who the issue is assigned to and the progress towards completion.
To view one of your tasks, click on the View in the inspector link.
This will display the reported issue. In this example the issue is Ensure every page contains a top-level heading. You can click on the Show more link to get more information about the issue and why it is important.
To go back to the report click on the X at the top of the page.
Click on the Dashboards link at the top of the page.
Then click on the Your Dashboard tile to view the full list of issues.
