This is the first report you will see when you access the auditing report via the main menu. This report allows you to see the status of your current or historic audit, and shows up-to-date information regarding completion percentages among other information:
- Title - name of the organisation completing the audit
- Due - due date for the organisation to submit the audit by
- % Complete - the amount of the audit that has currently been completed
- Submitted - has the organisation submitted their audit? Will be a green tick if they have, and a red cross if they have not
- Login Tracking - have any respondents from the organisation logged in to the audit system? Hovering over the tick or cross will show you specific information on who has/hasn't logged in
- Assess - enables you to assess answers once submitted (when using Board Response/Board Rating)
- Assessments Added - shows as a tick or cross depending on whether Board Responses/Ratings have been added
- View Response - view the organisation's audit in full
This report can also be filtered down by Organisation Types, or by % Complete:
You can also use the Completion Summary to view the data as a pie chart, which can be filtered by the same options shown above:
