Post-Event Evaluation Notification Process

This article outlines how evaluation notifications are triggered for event delegates and related stakeholders.

Post-Event Evaluation Notification

A post-event evaluation email is automatically sent to the delegate once they have been marked as completed on the Session booking.

Reminder Notifications

If the delegate has not completed the evaluation:

  • A reminder is sent 7 days after the initial notification.

  • A second reminder is sent 14 days after the initial notification.

Additional Evaluation Notification

If they are set up, notification will also be sent for the following Evaluation stages:

  • Post Event Stage Two
  • Post Event Stage Three
  • Line Manager Stage

Notifications for these evaluations are triggered based on the Notification Duration (days) settings in the Evaluation settings.

This can be configured in 10-day intervals from 10 up to 180 days. The notification is then triggered, this number of days after the Post-Event evaluation.

  • A second reminder is sent 14 days after the initial notification.

Note: There are no automated emails for the Pre-Booking evaluations as these are completed at the point of booking.
