How do I make an Event private?
I need to create an Event in the LMS, but I only want Delegates that have been invited to book on it.
In the LMS, we have a field in the Other Event Settings, called Private Event.
If you check this box, the event is marked as private and does not show in the Events & Course list on the LMS homepage.
To make this change:
- Locate the Event in the Occurrence View and click on the Edit icon.
- Expand the Other Event Settings section.
- Select the Private Event checkbox.
- Click on the Save Event button.
- The event is now private. To share it, click on the Preview icon and copy the web address from the browser to send to delegates.
