In this article we will explain why you are being asked for 2FA on your Advanced Audit Reports.
Why am I being asked for 2FA when exporting a report
I am trying to Export my Action Plan report but being asked for a Two Factor Authentication Code.
Due to secure nature of Advanced Audits the data is encrypted and held securely. Because of this when you are trying to export that data, it is second verification is required to:
- You understand that you downloading confidential/secure data, and;
- To confirm you are the person logged in.
If you want to then continue with the download, simply click on the Proceed button.
Add the code that will be sent to your mobile phone and click on the Verify button.
The report will be exported and you can then close the popup.
