      Help with the message "You booked on this course on the dd-mm-yyyy. There is a 6-month rebooking period in place, you may rebook on the dd-mm-yyyy".

      Sometimes, when a Delegate has booked onto an eLearning course, they get the warning:

      "You booked on this course on the dd-mm-yyyy. There is a 6-month rebooking period in place, you may rebook on the dd-mm-yyyy"

      This warning is displayed if the elearning has been set up with a Rebooking Period and the delegate is trying to rebook. 

      Often, the delegate is not trying to rebook on the elearning, but instead they are looking to start the learning. However, they need to access the Load Course icon from their Delegate Area, so should complete the following:

      • Login to the LMS

      • Located the Active eLearning Courses section of the Delegate Area

      • Click on the Load Course icon for the Course.
