How to create Post Event Questions

Post-event questions are created for generic non-event specific questions such as questions about the trainer, venue, and overall quality of the event.

When creating Post Event Questions from the Evaluation page these will appear at the bottom of every Post Event Evaluation form for all events.

Before creating Post Event Questions you will need to create Question Answer Groups, if you are unsure of how to do this please click here.

To add a Post Event Question start by selecting Add Question.

This will create a dropdown with a list of fields to fill:

  • Question: enter the question title here, e.g. How would you rate the facilities at the venue?
  • Order: select the order number for how you would like this question to appear in relation to the other questions. 1 will appear first.
  • Required: select Yes if you require the delegate to answer this question before proceeding. Select No if this question is optionable.
  • Question Type: select which type of question you would like.
  • Feedback will provide delegates with a free-text box to enter their feedback into.
  • Managed Response will offer a drop-down menu of the Managed Response Question Answer Groups (that you have previously set up).
  • Rating will offer a drop-down menu of the Rating Question Answer Groups.

Once you have completed these fields select Add Question.
