How to send an audit to your respondents

Once your audit is active and assigned to your chosen organisations, you are now ready to send the email invite

Before completing this process,  you must complete the following two steps:

You will be taken to a new page where a generic email draft will be automatically generated. This includes the login link and the due date the audit is to be submitted by. You can add any additional information you require into the body of this email, including the Phew Respondents' Guide.

Underneath the email text box, you will see a tick box; “Include a password setup link at the end of the email.” This will send a link within the email for the respondent to reset their password.

If this is the first audit you are sending via the Phew system, this box must be ticked in order for respondents to setup a password

Once the email text is completed, click the Email button at the bottom of the page to send to all your Respondent Leaders.

Once your Audit has been sent it you cannot edited it unless you are the system administrator

Once the audit has been sent out to your respondents, you will see the time & date it was sent shown under the audit title when you login to the admin area:
